Research on the Properties of Amorphous Semiconductors at High Temperatures

Abstract

The report is a survey of thermodynamic, structural, optical and electrical transport properties in prototypical glassy chalcogenide systems. Research is centered on the Ge-Te system, sputtered amorphous GeTe2 - GeSe2 Alloys new transport measurements and proposed band model), and survey studies of high T(g) ternary and pseudo - ternary chalcogenide systems.
