Abstract
In the process of freezing fish, all its physical parameters - heat capacity, heat content, heat conductivity, specific weight, and others vary depending on temperature. For the thermophysical investigation of the process of freezing fish, it is necessary to have at one's disposal data on the dependence of all the coefficients of the physical properties of fish on the temperature. Both in the USSR and abroad, experimental work has been conducted on the determination of thermal and physical characteristics of various kinds of fish. (Author)
