Determination of Thermophysical Characteristics of Food Products,

Abstract

Determination of TPC of food products with the aid of the proposed apparatus shortens the duration of the test to 30 sec. without changing the structure and thermal properties of the tested material. Automatic control of the test and recording of all values measured in the test by means of a recorder precludes the possibility of subjective errors. The apparatus is simple to service and convenient for carrying out mass determinations of the TPC of various nonmetallic substances. (Author)
