Semiconductor Solar Energy Converters and the Phenomenon of Photo Conductivity Quenching (Poluprovodnikovye Preobrazovateli Solnechnoi Energii i Yavlenie Gashemiya Fotoprovodimosti),

Abstract

A semiconductor model with two impurity levels exchanging current carriers is analyzed to determine the conditions for the occurrence of photoconductivity quenching. The effects of this phenomenon on efficiency are described. (Author)
