Electrophoretic Separation of Basic Protein Containing Cells Infected by Different Viruses (Elektroforeticheskoe Razdelenie Osnovnykh Belkov Kletok, Infitsirovannikh Razlichnymi Virusami)

Abstract

Scientists in virology used electrophoresis to study the synthesis and fraction of total histones in both virus infected cells and the DNP complex as well as examining the dynamics of the accumulation and change of basic proteins in the cells of cytoplasm.
