Combustion of a System of Liquid Droplets,

Abstract

The investigation of a system of burning droplets of liquid fuel is given. The droplet combustion velocity is determined as a function of the number of droplets and the distance between them. The results obtained are compared with the rate of combustion of a single drop of liquid fuel. It is established that the droplet combustion velocity does not vary monotonically as a function of the distance between the droplets. (Author)
