Difference Operator Analysis and Synthesis of Switching Networks.

Abstract

In earlier work, the differential mode (DM) model for sequential networks, in which the state of a sequential machine is given as a function of input and state changes, was introduced and applied to the analysis and synthesis of sequential switching networks. The report further develops the DM model and introduces new synthesis procedures for networks with edge-sensitive flip-flops. (Author)
