A Problem of Heat Transfer of Non-Fourier Anomalously Viscous Liquids (Odna Zadacha Teploobmena Nefurevskikh Anomalno-Vyazkikh Zhidkostei),

Abstract

The object of the study was the convective heat exchange of abnormally viscous non Newtonian liquids in two dimensional boundary layer. It is assumed that the viscosity and heat conductivity are exponential functions of the second invariant of the speed tensor deformation. Precise automodel solutions corresponding to plane boundary layers have been obtained and are evaluated. The influence of non Newtonian properties of liquids on friction and heat exchange is analyzed. (Author)
