Abstract

To insure that the Air Force has highly qualified logistic managers in positions of responsibility, it is necessary to educate and train future managers to identify, analyze and apply cost effective logistics management to funds, manpower, facilities, and complete weapons systems. The study was conducted to determine the prospective student-held image of the AFIT Graduate Logistics Management Program and to evaluate the effect this image and its associated factors have on the ability of the program to attract highly qualified personnel. This image was determined through the use of the semantic differential and was analyzed and evaluated by statistical techniques. (Author)
