Biological Hazards from Exposure to ELF Electrical Fields and Potentials.

Abstract

The report presents a theoretical study of biological hazards arising from exposure to extra low frequency (ELF) electromagnetic environments. It includes an annotated bibliography, the derivation of appropriate mathematical formulae for hazard determination, and presents several recommendations for further studies. The report especially stresses the need for accurate, experimentally verified, measurements of the electrical impedance of the human body in the frequency range of interest. (Author)
