Structure of Fluorine Supported Flames. II. Concentration Profiles for Flames of the Systems: H2-F2, H2-F2-NH3, NH3-F2, C2H2-F2 and C2H4-F2.

Abstract

Knowledge of combustion processes in flames with halogens as oxidation partners is very sparse. Thus the concentration profiles of reactants, stable products and reactive intermediates have been measured in low pressure flames of the following systems burning on a multi-diffusion burner. H2-F2; H2-F2-NH3; C2H2-F2; and C2H4-F2.
