The Solution of Mixed Boundary Value Problems Using Integral Transformation Formulas.

Abstract

Integral transformations are developed which map boundary value problems from one dimension to a higher or lower one. These transformations are applied to a new class of mixed boundary value problems for the needle (finite and semi-infinite) and also the asymmetric Stokes flow past a spherical cap. (Author)
