Abstract

In spite of the development of big turbojet engines up to 45,000 lb and even 70,000 lb thrust there are developed small turbojects, straight and by-pass up to 4,500 lb thrust. These engines are used to power the trainers, coin aircraft, light fighters and executive aircraft. Small turbojets in the future also shall fulfill their important role. In this article the small turbojet engines being in production or development state are presented and their important role.
