Model of the Zonal Circulation of the Atmosphere on a Planetary Scale up to an Altitude of 200 km,

Abstract

The calculation of the hemiempirical model of the atmospheric zonal circulation up to 200 km is considered. The migration of the maximum wind regions during summer, winter and transitional seasons in the northern and southern hemispheres is investigated. The comparison of the calculation model with the real processes taking place in the atmosphere confirms its acceptability. (Author)
