Machine Construction Steels with Rare-Earth Impurities,

Abstract

The book is dedicated to research on the possibilities of using rare-earth metals (cerium, lanthanum, praseodymium and neodymium) as alloying elements of structural steel. The questions of the influence of rare-earth metals on the phase transformations and the phase composition of steel, on the mechanical and physical properties and the technological features of structural steel with rare-earth additives are brought to light.
