Generation of a Gas Ejector in the Case of Different Parameters of the Mixing Gases,

Abstract

Results are given for an experimental investigation of a supersonic gas ejector with a constant stagnation temperature of the ejecting gas and various stagnation temperature values of the ejected gas. It was established that when given ejected gas equals 1500-2000 degrees K the characteristics of the ejector are considerably below the calculated. It was shown that an injection of water into a stream of low-pressure gas improves the ejector characteristics and brings them into agreement with those calculated. (Author)
