Workshop - Determination of the Minimum Conductivity of the Earth's Crust

Abstract

The report describes the results of a small working group which met in the Green Center on the campus of the Colorado School of Mines to discuss the problem of measuring the minimum electrical conductivity in the earth's crust, with special reference to the possibility of long-range communications through such a low-conductivity region.
