Soviet - American Interactions: A New Home.

Abstract

The paper is part of an ongoing effort to redefine the character of the interactions process between the superpowers (the U.S. and the USSR) and to thus broaden the understanding of this process. The author explains the nature of the interactions process, its recent history, and the likely course of future interactions in a changing environment. (Author)
