Electrodecantation of Polytetrafluorethylene Dispersions,

Abstract

The application of electrodecantation to the concentration of PTFE dispersions is described. The apparatus assembly, the procedure, and the fundamentals of the course of the process are reported. Following a few theoretical discussions, the effect of various factors on the course of the electrodecantation is discussed. The cleaning effect in the electrodecantation of PTFE dispersions is investigated. (P.S.-PL)
