Viscosity and Progressive Diffusion in Aqueous Ketone Solutions,

Abstract

The results of experimental determination of the coefficients of viscosity and proton self-diffusion in acetone-water, methylethyl ketone-water and cyclohexanone-water systems at temperatures from 20 to 50C are presented. The analogous measurements were made for aqueous solutions of isopropyl alcohol for the purpose of obtaining data for comparative characterization of aqueous ketone and alcohol solutions. (Author)
