Viscosity of Calcium Chlorine Solutions,

Abstract

The viscosity and density of solutions of calcium chloride with concentrations of 10, 20, 30 and 40 wt. percent were studied at temperatures of 25, 40, and 60 C. A formula found earlier for the viscosity of magnesium chloride solutions is applied to the calculation of the viscosity of calcium chloride solutions given. A comparison is presented of the result produced on viscosity of calcium chloride solutions with data from the literature. (Author)
