The Properties of Liquid and Gaseous Phases of Substance near a Critical State,

Abstract

In studying the properties of a substance, a considerable part is played by the acoustic methods. The study was carried out on the propagation velocity and absorption of ultrasound in the liquid phase of methyl alcohol at temperatures close to critical. The studies were carried out by the pulsed method using two fixed acoustic paths.
