Ferro-Fluid Forces.

Abstract

The experimental behavior of a ferrofluid leads one to consider more detailed examination of the foundations of previously-published theories. The descriptions of two experiments and the comparisons with theory indicate that the discrete particle aspects of the ferrofluid cannot be neglected. (Author)
