A Technique for Measuring In-Plane Displacements By Holographic Interferometry.

Abstract

An experimental technique for measuring in-plane displacements from a single hologram is described. The method is based upon imaging the entire wave reflected from a single point and recorded on a hologram. Experimental results are presented. Application and limitations of the technique are discussed. (Author)
