Low-Power Electric Motors,

Abstract

The collection contains materials on the theory and methodology of the designing of low-power electric motors for general industrial use and specialized use. The works published in it discuss the results of investigations of induction and synchronous electric motors, collector and contactless direct-current electric motors, reduction-gear, and stepping electric motors. Recommendations are given for the designing of individual types of low-power electric motors. The results of investigations of the bearing units of electric motors with an increased service life are given. Data concerning the use of slot insulation applied by the eddy spraying method are discussed. (Author)
