Electronic Structure and Transport Properties of Amorphous Semiconductors.

Abstract

The research on the project has fallen into four general categories: (1) synthetic, in which attempts have been made to build up a broad overview of the entire subject of the electronic structures of disordered materials; (2) precise studies of simple model systems; (3) formulating and applying simplified models of real materials; and (4) accurate studies of real materials. The report summarizes the results of this research. (Author)
