Tropic Environmental Considerations

Abstract

The report provides background information on the test of materials in a tropic environment. It discusses tropic environmental characteristics, climate, damaging factors and elements, properties of materials, protection and degradation of materials, human factors, and sound and visibility in the jungle. This is applicable to tests in the Canal Zone, Isthmus of Panama, and not applicable to laboratory testing.
