Abstract

The report provides guidance for the Air Force Data Managers charged with the responsibility for the procurement of fully proceduralized JPAs. It provides guidelines, suggested procedures, and checklists for use by data managers in the review and assessment of the subproducts, intermediate products and JPAs produced in accordance with the draft specification contained in Volume I of this technical report.
