On the Evaluation of Complex Error Function.

Abstract

The complex error function appears quite often in many physical and engineering problems. For example, plasma dispersion in rarefied medium involve such functions. It is quite important to establish an algorithm to evaluate the complex error function. The zeros of the function are also tabulated. An effective method based on complex analysis is presented in the report and some useful results are tabulated. (Author)
