Development of Thin Film Aluminum.

Abstract

The goal of the study was to determine the feasibility of using the Dow Electroless Aluminization Process for producing thin, reproducible, uniform aluminum coatings on polyester film with resistances of 10 to 200 ohms per square. An additional objective of Phase I was to determine whether baseline bar patterns could be applied to a polyester film substrate in such a way that pattern edge definition could be evaluated.
