Fleet Issue Load List Criterial Development and Evaluation,

Abstract

Improved supply support to the deployed fleets will be achieved if the FILL (Fleet Issue Load List) can respond more quickly to today's changing environment. A new method of constructing the FILL, that has this desired flexibility, is developed and evaluated in this study. New definitions of FILL range and performance are developed to be used with the new model. It is also shown that there are definite advantages to expanding the size of the demand base used to build the load list to include non-deployed demand history. (Author)
