Cosmic Ray Research.

Abstract

The research conducted under this contract has been divided into two main efforts; measurements of cosmic-ray intensity in and above the atmosphere as a function of altitude, latitude and time through several solar cycles and measurements of the interactions of high-energy cosmic rays at sea level and improvements in the instruments used in such measurements. The results are summarized in the publications listed.
