Silicone Carbide Heat Resisting Material,

Abstract

The authors outline theoretical principles of obtaining oxidation-resistant composite materials and discuss factors which determine the properties of these materials, in particular silicon carbide-graphite (siliconized graphite). They also formulate requirements for the initial materials and indicate the fields of application of siliconized graphite. (Author)
