Description of Invention 249061 Device for Controlling the Beam of a Flat Antenna Array,

Abstract

Plane aerial array beam control for radar systems with computer control is based on two coordinate multiplying devices with scaling circuits connected to decoders via OR gates. The inputs of multipliers are connected to outputs of converter where signals A, B which depend upon the beam position required in relation to the aerial plane are converted into digital pulse multiplied by a constant. The control unit includes two identical flip flops and a static trigger. (Author)
