Chemical Structure and Temperature Characteristics of Polymers,
Abstract
Data is given on the relation between heat resistance and thermosta-bility of polymers and their chemical structure. Special emphasis is given to those features of polymer structure which can increase the thermal characteristics of polymers, an urgent problem in the field of polymer chemistry, in order to meet the demand for materials capable of functioning for long periods of time at elevated tempera-tures.
