Management Overview of Simulation,
Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to present a generic discussion of the subject of simulation and its use as a management tool. An in-house report is presented to facilitate the explanation of simulation to the manager who is unfamiliar with it. It is directed to the manager who is considering simulation among other alternatives to improve his control of the system. The paper concerns itself with use, costs, and benefits. (Author)
