An Assessment of the Sea-State Measurement Problem at RAE Aberporth.

Abstract

The general requirement for sea-state measurement at RAE Aberporth is first established and is followed by detailed consideration of the parameters by which it may be described. Possible measurement techniques are discussed in the context of trials conditions. Recommendations are made for a programme of work. (Author)
