Microbiological Air Sampling in the Tropics

Abstract

The report describes a method for qualitatively and quantitatively estimating airborne microorganisms in a tropical environment. It identifies and describes facilities and equipment required. It provides procedures for calibration of airflow through membrane filter, air sampling, sample preparation, and microorganism counting and identification.
