Abstract

The report describes a method for evaluation of operational rations. It identifies supporting tests, facilities, and equipment required. It provides procedures for preoperational inspection, physical characteristics, personnel training, safety, food preparation, food acceptability, field camouflage, portability, transportability, airdrop operations, durability, human factors, and value analysis.
