Sub-Program HARDAT: A Routine to Determine Optimal Attacks against Silo Complexes.

Abstract

The report describes a computer program designed to obtain offense allocations of fixed numbers of multiple type weapons which maximize the expected damage to equal valued targets. The restriction of equal value applies only to each (defended or undefended) target subset, i.e., targets belonging to separate complexes need not be of equal value. (Author)
