Controllable Barrier Concepts and Analysis Study. Phase I. Initial Analysis and Barrier Model Development,

Abstract

The report covers the first phase of the controllable barrier concepts and analysis study. This phase, initial analysis and barrier model development, has the objectives of structuring the threat, determining barrier effects, developing a barrier rating system, identifying barrier functions, and establishing basic system structure. Before initiation of the second phase, detailed analysis, it is important for the user to review the modeling process presented. (Author)
