Abstract
The directory identifies individuals who are initial points of contact for research and development information, restricted almost entirely to U. S. Government agencies, with emphasis on Department of Defense agencies. It consists of four parts: Organizational points of contact, within department agencies and commands; Glossary of acronyms; Personnel name index, listing alphabetically the names of persons and page Nos; Subject/title index listing alphabetically subject keywords, titles and their entry number.
