X-Band LSA(Limited Space charge Accumulation) Transmitter Sources.
Abstract
Specific attention during this program was centered on GaAs wafer development, diode construction, and resonator design. In addition, a pulse modulator was constructed to aid in the high duty cycle testing. Such modulators are recommended as best suited for system designs incorporating high power LSA sources. (Author)
