A Note on Problems of Wave Generation in Semi-Infinite Media by Surface Forces.
Abstract
A classical problem of unsteady wave excitation, which envisages loading or primary sources on the boundary of a half-space, is resolved in a direct and efficient fashion, yielding various theoretical representations of the solution and unifying previously reported analyses. (Author)
