Monolithic Light Emitting Diode Display.

Abstract

The objective of this contract is the development of a display system consisting of light emitting diode arrays monolithically fabricated on single wafers of GaP, and integrated with the driving electronics. In this report the general system design is reviewed and critical parameters are discussed. Progress in the fabrication of the monolithic arrays is reported and the program for the next period is outlined. (Author)
