Research Directed Toward Mathematical Analysis, Computations, and Curve Plotting in the Area of Microwave Physics.

Abstract

In support of problem solutions in the area of microwave physics, mathematical analysis, computations, and curve plotting tasks were performed. Mathematical analyses were carried out to reduce equations, including differential and integral, to a form suitable for numerical solution. Work was oriented toward solutions of problems in the following areas; magneto-acoustic problems, propagation thru a plasma layer, boundary layer problems, resonance phenomena, optimum antenna selection, microwave antenna design, pulse solutions of electromagnetic scattering problems, and antenna array theory.
