Influence of the Deformation of an Operating Jet on the Characteristics of an Ejector Jet Pump,
Abstract
A procedure is outlined for calculating the characteristics of jet devices operating on incompressible fluids, with account taken of deformation of the working jet at the inlet section of a conical mixing chamber. Experimental data on the characteristics of jet pumps are presented and practical recommendations are made on the use of the proposed equation. (Author)
