A Program for Computing the Gravimetric Deflections of the Vertical in the Central Zone (Programma dlya Vychisleniya Gravimetricheskikh Uklonenii Otvesa v Tsentralnoi Zone),
Abstract
The theoretical basis of the method discussed in this paper for a program for computing the gravimetric deflections of the vertical in the central zone is given in V. I. Aronov's studies. Here it is shown that the accuracy of computations is close to the optimum accuracy both in the case of a precise assignment of the delta G values at the observation points and in the case where the initial data contain random errors of measurements and non-representative field characteristics. The practical realization of the method was carried out in the system of the 'Reduction-Otves' programs for a BESM-4 type computer. (Author)
