Abstract

The report contains information concerning the theory and operation of a cloud condensation nuclei (CCN) collection/detection/recording instrument (CDRI) which has been constructed at the Atmospheric Sciences Laboratory, White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. Included are details of the following: theory of operation, physical characteristics, operating instructions, data preparation and analysis, and photographs and drawings of the CDRI. (Author)
