Progressive Technological Processes and Equipment for Hot Shaping,
Abstract
The ENIKMASh (Experimental Scientific Research Institute of Forging-and-Pressing Machinery) has developed, studied, and brought to the point of industrial introduction such technological processes, which form the basis for the development for new equipment, as two-pass rolling with large reductions (intensive rolling), electrical upsetting of thin-walled pipes, extrusion in separable matrices, rotational reduction. A number of processes are described, together with the equipment used in them. (Author)
